Important information about your reservation
IMPORTANT INFORMATION About Your PREPAID Reservation
Please be aware of the following cancellation, rebooking, and no-show charges associated with your prepaid reservation. Note that the charges listed below will NOT exceed your total prepaid amount:
1. Booking Cancellation: If you cancel your booking before the agreed pickup time, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Any remaining prepaid amount over $100.00 will be refunded to you.
2. No Show: If you fail to pick up your vehicle (no show) or cancel after the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
3. No Refund for Unused Rental Days: Once the vehicle has been picked up, there will be no refund or credit for any unused rental days, including those resulting from late pickup or early return.
